Apple Certification

Three eLifespaces team members have reached the Professional Level within the Apple Sales training.

Each calendar year, every Apple Sales individual is asked to update their product knowledge.  Courses range from 200 to 400 points, and students are awarded points from tests based on the correct response percentages.

Silver status is presented once a student receives 3,000; Gold is presented at 6,000 points.  A student must achieve 9,000 points to reach the Apple Product Professional level, after which the next level is 12,000 points.  That’s commitment!

It’s an amazing process to become an Apple Product Professional.  Courses include: Apple LED Cinema Displays, Transitioning Switchers, Providing a Total Solution, and AppleCare Protection.
