You would have to be absent any type of communication not to have heard about the iPad’s release this weekend. According to preliminary industry reports > analysts estimated that Apple sold almost 700,000 iPad units during the weekend which subsequently led to their raising their forecasts for 2010 (iPad sales between 5.5 million and 7.1 million). Most Apple stores did not sell out of the device, a situation that is a good thing for Apple. Although our only one left in stock is still on the shelf, it disposition was committed to an Apple integration project this morning.

After having used the iPad for the better part of the day, ( in fact I am viewing this site and making my comment from an iPad ) I can honestly say this device lives up to the hype.
