Netflix has changed its pricing plans, angered customers and effectively separated its streaming movie and DVD rental businesses. Why did Netflix change such a successful pricing plan? Netflix has recently discovered that it will have to pay higher content costs going forward and now it is us, the consumers that will have to pay for it. (more…)

Today Apple announced the newest iPhone / iPod operating system – OS 4.0 due to be released this summer. 4.0 boasts over 100 new features such as Create playlists, 5x digital zoom, tap to focus on video, gift apps, geotagging, places in the photo app, change the homescreen wallpaper, bluetooth keyboards, and spell checker just to name a few.  Crestron makes some of the best automation products in the industry, which is why we are very proud to be associated with them as dealers. Microsoft is currently running a promotion where they are actually going to give away two Apple 15″ MacBook Pro laptops……and they aren’t even boot-camped with Windows 7 , which they probably should have done because it is my experience that Windows runs much better on a Mac than on a PC anyway.

Non-Verbal Depositions

Couple weeks back on a Monday morning, a messages from an attorney friend, “Have you got videoconferencing up and running in your place.  If so, can I rent by the hour?”  Short story long… Friday marked the first video teleconferencing (VTC) deposition in our boardroom.  “You really need to get the word out to the other attorneys in our area.  Your room had a great quality high-definition image. Their voices were clear and facial expressions were clearly visible. The room was spacious, inviting and comfortable. There is nothing like it around.” (more…)
